About the Workshop
A good callback or connection can bring down the house, or help you blow out your game in new, fun ways. We’ll work on callbacks & connections, game, point of view, second beats, all that good stuff to level up your improv.
Your Instructor
Sarah Claspell
Sarah is an actress/comedian and has been featured on tv shows such as Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Jimmy Kimmel Live, and Comedy Bang Bang, and she teaches improv at WGIS and UCB (where she is an academic director). Sarah performs regularly with variety show Asian AF, and improv teams The Bozos, Cardinal Redbird, and Voltron. She has performed at SF Sketchfest, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Edinburgh International Improv Festival, Das Improv Fest and taught and performed improv all over the world. Sarah co-hosts the podcast Everything is Rent, a podcast talking about the Broadway musical Rent.
