About the Workshop
Do you ever find yourself feeling stuck when you're in a scene, unsure of where to go with it? Constantly coming up with clever things to say is a daunting task but allowing your characters to feel emotions will make them real and entertaining, freeing you up to get out of your head and into the fun. This workshop will explore a myriad of emotional colours and apply them to improvised scenes. Emotional commitment heightens the comedy and deepens the ridiculous. Tap into this underutilised resource to become a limitless performer who can navigate a scene with ease.
Prerequisites: This is an intermediate-advanced course. A few years of improv training is recommended

Jiavani is co-producer of the Gaysian AF show, a variety show in the Asian AF family.
