About the Workshop

“A class that helps improvisers better understand and work with their anxiety” -Suzi Barrett, Yes Also Podcast

Improv makes every performer a little nervous. But sometimes that anxiety can overwhelm you, take you out of the moment, and make it difficult to have fun on stage. In this workshop we will learn about the function of anxiety and tools to manage it in the context of improv with Clinical Psychologist Dr. Amanda Cassil. We will then put those tools to use with targeted improv exercises from Improv Teacher Ben Cassil.
